What you will do

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities, site logistics, and project sequencing.
• Serve as the primary field liaison between trade contractors, the project team, and the client.
• Ensure strict compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety plans.
• Lead weekly construction update meetings and coordinate with vendors, landlords, and building departments.
• Create Method of Procedure (MOPs) documents for specific project tasks.
• Monitor construction progress, identify deficiencies, and support commissioning and closeout activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry or as an engineering consultant.
• Experience in telecom, data center, or mission-critical facility construction.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation software.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward in the field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for extended on-site assignments across the country.

Nice to have

• Experience with BMS/BAS control systems.
• Previous experience with commissioning activities.
