What you will do

• Lead the construction engineering inspection team for the Puget Sound region, providing mentorship to field staff.
• Oversee project administration throughout the construction cycle, focusing on technical accuracy, financial health, and client satisfaction.
• Manage construction projects from the award of contracts through to final completion.
• Supervise contractor coordination and scheduling to ensure project flow.
• Maintain budget and schedule adherence to meet contractual cost and delivery commitments.
• Deliver comprehensive project documentation and weekly status reports on project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum ten years of construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments with exposure to various weather and atmospheric conditions.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, crouch, and lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
