Salary: $118,150 - $234,950 USD

What you will do

• Lead the estimating charter for assigned capital programs in the Ohio region, ensuring policies and procedures are executed.
• Manage third-party Quantity Surveying and Estimating firms, validating cost estimates for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop detailed estimating plans and establish trend logs to capture changes in design and market conditions.
• Lead formal project risk assessments to ensure estimates reflect probable cost outcomes.
• Collaborate with Technology Development, Manufacturing, and Project Controls to align strategic cost goals.
• Prepare and deliver financial status presentations to executive management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in construction, construction estimating, cost engineering, or project management.
• 2+ years of experience in the Semiconductor, Petro-Chemical, or other Heavy Industrial industries.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no immigration sponsorship provided).

• Broad knowledge across all construction disciplines.
• Professional certifications such as RICS or AACE.
