What you will do

• Oversee project administration throughout the construction cycle, including technical and financial aspects.
• Manage construction projects from contract award through completion.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage project scheduling.
• Maintain adherence to budget and delivery contractual commitments.
• Provide construction monitoring and weekly status reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum ten years of building construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments (weather, noise, hazards).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 lbs.
