Commercial Manager (Site Based)

Location: Atlanta, GA, US; 5 days per week on-site

What you will do

• Participate in tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend by preparing valuations and cost reports.
• Communicate cost variations clearly to the project team.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss-and-expense claims.
• Maintain cost documentation and timely communication to support project management and decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• A degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work on-site five days per week in Atlanta, GA.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and team members.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
