What you will do

• Provide white-glove technical support for complex endpoint, operating system, and networking issues.
• Engineer and maintain endpoint technologies using Jamf, Kandji, and Microsoft Intune to enhance security and productivity.
• Manage the full endpoint lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, inventory, and secure disposal.
• Lead technical onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless device provisioning and asset recovery.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash) to automate IT operations and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and self-service resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional IT Support experience in a startup, technology, or enterprise environment.
• Advanced proficiency in managing macOS and Windows endpoints via Jamf, Kandji, or Microsoft Intune.
• Experience utilizing cloud-first platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
• Hands-on experience applying AI assistants to improve technical research, scripting, and operational efficiency.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).
• Must be able to work from the New York City office 2 days per week.
