What you will do

• Administer and tune security platforms including Arctic Wolf, Zscaler, Okta, and Mimecast to strengthen security posture.
• Manage M365 tenant (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and handle the full user lifecycle.
• Optimize email security, continuity, and DLP configurations via Mimecast.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party IT vendors and managed service partners.
• Oversee the IT helpdesk queue, triaging and resolving complex technical SaaS and endpoint issues.
• Leverage AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and automation platforms to streamline IT operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an IT systems, security, or cloud operations role.
• Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID).
• Experience managing an IT ticketing system, specifically Freshservice.
• Proven ability to hold vendors accountable and manage external project timelines.
• Strong methodical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical users.

Nice to have

• Experience with Arctic Wolf, Zscaler, Okta, and/or Mimecast.
• Professional experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
• ITIL foundation or equivalent IT service management certification.
