What you will do

• Lead day-to-day management of programs, ensuring timelines, approvals, and deliverables are clearly managed.
• Oversee key program components including research, sourcing, and management of venues, vendors, and partners.
• Handle contracting, purchase orders, invoices, permit procurement, and budget tracking.
• Act as a primary liaison across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities and roles.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and mentoring to direct reports.

Requirements

• Strong experience in program management and leadership with a focus on ownership and proactive problem-solving.
• Proven capability in research and sourcing for venues, catering, and hospitality.
• Experience in negotiation, contracting, and managing process-heavy financial workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to adapt to different stakeholders.
• Experience providing direction and mentorship to team members.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (eligible for 401k, HSA/FSA benefits)
