What you will do

• Own end-to-end management of the Engagement portfolio, including New Employee Experience, Tenure Recognition, and Mentorship programs.
• Manage the annual Purple Pulse Engagement Survey as the company's primary listening mechanism.
• Produce the bi-weekly Staff Brief and Manager Monthly newsletters to keep a distributed workforce aligned.
• Maintain the Role Guideline Repository using ServiceNow.
• Oversee end-to-end relationships with swag vendors, from procurement to partnership.
• Modernize program delivery and scale operations through AI-enabled automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program management, employee engagement, L&D, or a related HR function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent programs with competing timelines.
• Experience owning programs end-to-end, from planning and alignment to measurement.
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder updates.
• Experience with vendor management, including procurement and contracting.

Nice to have

• Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Peakon, Workday) or ServiceNow content management.
• Experience delivering hybrid and in-person employee experiences at scale.
• Genuine interest in hirify.global, gaming, or live entertainment.
