Salary: $108,715 – $150,500 USD (based on location zone)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end execution of business and partnership programs, including launches and ongoing operations.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for external partners, tracking commitments and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, Legal, and Finance to keep initiatives unblocked.
• Build and maintain the operational backbone, including playbooks, trackers, and documentation.
• Monitor program health, track success metrics, and proactively escalate risks with recommended solutions.
• Contribute to business operating rhythms, status reporting, and leadership updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex environment.
• Strong fundamentals in planning, milestone tracking, and risk management with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, or clients.
• Must be based in the US (excluding Hawaii) and able to work with Pacific time zone overlap.
• Must have existing work authorization; immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Collaborative mindset with high empathy and accountability.
