Salary: $58,900 – $69,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Support Program Managers in evaluating and managing retail partner leads to maximize adoption.
• Draft internal and external communication materials to convey partner messages to the community.
• Develop training for sales teams to execute on trading partner outreach.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings and manage program communication channels and tools.
• Track and meet campaign adoption rate targets and associated KPIs.
• Coordinate weekly program syncs and manage milestones and customer calendars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Minneapolis, MN office.

Nice to have

• Expert level Excel skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and web analysis/reporting tools.
• Prior experience in the retail industry.
