What you will do

• Support financial and KPI planning, performance management, and measurement for the Home Appliance Planning Team.
• Develop and implement business visions, strategies, and long-term priorities.
• Analyze sales, profit, growth, and performance data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop annual financial and KPI plans and evaluate sales performance through KPI measurement.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports, ad hoc analyses, and quarterly and annual business reviews.
• Maintain the sales database and recommend process improvements in collaboration with Sales, Planning, Finance, Product Management, and headquarters stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Planning, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in planning, project management, or a similar area.
• Experience creating business plans, strategic plans, and analyses.
• Ability to extract and synthesize large datasets into trends and actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional Excel and Microsoft Office skills; OLAP or database management experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Korean ability is required, including reading and writing Korean.
