Client Implementation Analyst, L&G - Asset Management, America

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid

Salary: USD 50,000–65,000 yearly, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support client implementations, current client transitions, and change management activities.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation, approvals, tracking, follow-up, and implementation milestones.
• Work with clients, Legal and Compliance, Operations, and third-party providers to onboard new mandates.
• Support the conversion of onboarding workflows to PEGA and enhance client order management processes.
• Maintain Salesforce workflows and help design documentation, controls, and processes for onboarding and cash flow events.
• Coordinate and document changes to client portfolios and agreements while building relationships across business areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong judgment, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with project management software.
• Ability to adapt to growth and change and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure delivery environment.
• Experience in asset management client service is beneficial, including knowledge of transition planning, custodian relationships, transfer agents, or record keepers.
