Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights

Location: Onsite at the Hula Building Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Provide data-driven analysis, reporting, and insights to support business strategies and growth plans.
• Recommend, implement, and reassess business initiatives based on data, stakeholder feedback, and performance results.
• Identify program and project opportunities, assess feasibility and financial performance, and drive execution with cross-functional teams.
• Establish timelines, workflows, requirements, training, documentation, and controls to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Execute multiple business plans by defining priorities and performance standards, removing obstacles, measuring progress, and creating contingency plans.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop associates while building a collaborative, high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, statistics, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or a related area; or 6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality.
• Experience evaluating business needs, developing strategies, analyzing performance, and working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience leading associates and collaborating across functions or projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with a statistical programming language.
• Master of Business Administration.
• Project Management Professional, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
