Order to Cash Business Process Analyst

Salary: $65,000–$104,650 per year

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for Surgery, EP, and Neuro Order to Cash processes, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support process improvements, system enhancements, and break/fix solutions across Order to Cash operations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Compliance, and IT teams on end-to-end solutions and root cause analysis.
• Design and maintain business process flows within the Order to Cash platform.
• Participate in requirements gathering, scope definition, project reviews, and system change reviews.
• Plan and perform business simulations and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or university degree required; Supply Chain, IT, or Business focus preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with testing methodologies, process analysis, and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution, CSV, SOX, and GxP compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Excel and SharePoint skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to have

• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain interdependencies.
• Experience with Process Excellence, LEAN, project management, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Change management experience and experience working remotely with business partners.
• Knowledge of Surgery business processes and supply chain platforms such as JIRA, Solman, or IRIS.
