What you will do

• Lead regional Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) teams for Department of Transportation and municipal projects.
• Ensure projects adhere to contract documents, budget constraints, and schedules through document controls and quality assurance.
• Serve as project executive on multiple projects, providing guidance to staff on contract requirements.
• Perform and approve monthly CPM schedule reviews.
• Communicate directly with owner representatives and contractors to resolve complex contract challenges.
• Manage administrative staff in the preparation of final estimate submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum ten years of construction inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and lift up to 35 lbs.
