What you will do

• Participate in the tender and bid process, from initial documentation through to analysis and reporting.
• Manage the change management process by identifying, analyzing, and implementing cost-affecting changes.
• Analyze tenders and bids to ensure maximum value for money for the client.
• Prepare and agree upon final accounts and handle claims to ensure optimal value.
• Develop detailed estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Oversee project expenditure through regular valuations and cost reporting.

Requirements

• Experience as a senior cost manager, preferably within a consultancy background.
• Expertise in pre-contract cost management, budget control, and cost planning.
• Chartered MRCIS status.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a construction or project management discipline.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
