What you will do

• Manage client relationships and report directly to Partners to ensure value for money.
• Deliver core surveying services across a variety of property sectors and operational sites.
• Lead projects through the full lifecycle from feasibility to completion and post-handover.
• Administer building contracts and manage the design, H&S, and commercial processes.
• Conduct asset management surveys and planned maintenance inspections.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to meet delivery deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or a similar technical discipline.
• MRICS qualification or membership of a relevant professional body.
• Proven track record in project management from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in JCT Contracts and high-quality specification writing.
• Previous experience working within a professional consultancy environment.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
