What you will do
- Manage design delivery for civil engineering work packages, ensuring adherence to project plans, costs, and revenue budgets.
- Coordinate between design and construction teams to ensure the timely flow of design information.
- Implement systems and procedures for cost-effective, safe, and environmentally responsible design and construction.
- Develop resource allocation plans and monitor progress against programmes and budgets.
- Support Tender Preparation and the overall construction process through all stages.
- Supervise and mentor team members, including APMs, Graduates, and Apprentices.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience managing the coordination of multidisciplinary teams on major infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing design delivery programmes and budgets.
- Strong understanding of CDM regulations and NEC3 contract experience.
- Working experience with ProjectWise and Bentley Systems.
- Professional Institution membership.
