What you will do

• Perform pre and post contract Quantity Surveying duties, including pre-construction cost planning and estimating.
• Take responsibility for the commercial and contractual performance of key projects within the logistics and manufacturing sector.
• Manage financial performance and post-contract costs to deliver value for money.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with senior cost managers and partners to deliver diverse project portfolios.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction-related technical discipline.
• MRICS qualification or actively studying towards it.
• Previous experience working within a construction consultancy.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London.
• Proven ability to prioritise workloads and deliver results to strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial, manufacturing, or logistics projects.
• Knowledge and experience with various forms of building contracts.
