Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 USD

What you will do

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) for LG HVAC products to ensure timely launches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, and program managers.
• Review technical documents and evaluate go-to-market strategies for the US and Canada markets.
• Benchmark product designs against competitors and provide engineering insights for improvement.
• Analyze product performance and field-based testing data using statistical approaches.
• Develop acquisition models for lab purposes and prepare technical service and installation manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, water heating, and/or unitary products.
• Working knowledge of vapor compression and heat transfer principles related to HVAC systems.
• Experience in design and development of evaporators, condensing units, or heat exchangers.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and knowledge of GD&T.
• Must be located in or able to work from Alpharetta, GA.

Nice to have

• Experience with VRF, Acoil, AHU, FCU, or Chiller product portfolios.
• Experience with agency certifications such as CSA, UL, or DOE.
