What you will do

• Lead the drafting and continuous improvement of Installation, Operation, and Maintenance (IOM) manuals.
• Develop and optimize structured documentation workflows and engineering submittal packages for customers.
• Create precise Sequence of Operations (SOO) documents, detailing control logic and system thresholds.
• Analyze heat transfer and refrigeration components to translate functionality into user-facing support documents.
• Manage project timelines and deliver comprehensive customer reports via collaborative platforms.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to extract technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or thermal sciences preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, refrigeration, thermal management, or HVAC.
• Essential: Extensive foundational knowledge of refrigeration cycles and heat transfer.
• Location: Must be based in the US.
• Exceptional technical writing skills with a track record of authoring engineering manuals.
• Deep familiarity with single-phase and two-phase heat transfer mechanisms.

Nice to have

• Functional knowledge of data center cooling topologies, including direct-to-chip liquid cooling and immersion systems.
