Salary: $75,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Own system-level testing and validation of liquid cooling solutions in lab and rack-scale environments.
• Build and configure complex test systems including fluid loops, sensors, and data acquisition platforms.
• Troubleshoot and debug integrated mechanical, thermal, and fluid systems to identify root causes.
• Analyze experimental data to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with engineering teams to design and modify experimental setups.
• Maintain high standards for data integrity, documentation, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Thermal Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering lab, R&D, or hardware validation environments.
• Strong experience with refrigerant handling, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Carrollton, Texas.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Nice to have

• Experience with liquid cooling, CDUs, immersion cooling, or DTC systems.
• Knowledge of test automation, scripting, or PLC-based controls.
• Background in data center infrastructure or high-performance computing.
