What you will do

• Develop and implement key strategic projects and execution plans for the region.
• Manage client projects and teams to ensure deliverables meet schedule and budget requirements.
• Provide governance for the integrated project delivery model across the APAC region.
• Collaborate with global teams and lead regional meetings to identify common risks and issues.
• Review capital funding requests and project stage gates to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Drive consistency in best practices focusing on safety, schedule, cost, quality, and sustainability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the development and delivery of complex capital projects and programs.
• Proven experience in data center construction, hi-tech complex projects, or hi-tech manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of MEP, health and safety, commissioning, completion, and handover.
• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a construction-related discipline.
• Business management experience in the construction sector, including P&L responsibility.
• Ability to influence cross-discipline teams and utilize data analytics for project planning.
