What you will do

• Own end-to-end project delivery for AI cloud infrastructure, including new data center builds and large-scale GPU cluster deployments.
• Coordinate the development and release of cloud platform software modules such as control planes, billing, and API portals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk registers.
• Manage cross-functional teams including compute, network, storage, and software engineering to ensure integrated platform readiness.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, including colocation providers and hardware suppliers.
• Establish governance cadences and report project KPIs to leadership to ensure schedule adherence and budget control.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
• 7+ years of project management experience in cloud infrastructure, data centers, or cloud platform software.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components like GPU servers, InfiniBand networking, and data center facilities.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platform software architecture, including Kubernetes, microservices, and API design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/HPC infrastructure, GPU cloud, or hyperscale data center projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Confluence.
