What you will do

• Deliver telecommunications services projects from inception through closure while adhering to contractual requirements.
• Develop detailed project schedules, work packages, and validate scope of work against sales orders.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and conduct complexity reviews with key stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, hardware delivery tracking, resource planning, and change order processes.
• Drive customer communications, status reporting, governance reviews, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate engineering, installation, and testing activities to ensure quality and Ready for Service objectives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Malaysia
• Technical degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of telecommunications industry operational or project implementation experience.
• 8+ years in a lead role within Professional Services or medium-to-large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• PMP certification preferred and required within one year of hire.

Nice to have

• Experience with subsea deployment projects.
• Business and financial management experience related to project-level P&L.
• Experience working within a matrix management environment.
• Background in fiber optic or high-speed data communications technologies.
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
