What you will do
- Manage multiple small to medium sized Services projects or a small EPC project.
- Handle day-to-day execution including performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Lead and staff medium-sized multi-discipline project teams, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities.
- Manage risks such as fixed price engineering, new technology, or new clients.
- Obtain new/repeat business and support contract negotiations with clients.
Requirements
- Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; no relocation or visa sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering or equivalent experience.
- Typically 12+ years in utility Conventional Power Plant or relevant experience including detailed design, project management, and execution.
- PEPC Engineering License from BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia) preferred.
- Good command of English in communication and writing; strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure in office, construction, and extreme environments.
