What you will do

• Manage AutoStore projects end-to-end from the contract phase through to final customer acceptance.
• Collaborate with sales teams during the pre-sales phase to provide technical know-how and experience.
• Maintain strong client relationships and consult customers to identify and negotiate project opportunities.
• Improve project financial performance during the realization phase.
• Develop and introduce project templates, calculation tools, and lean organizational processes.
• Train and onboard new colleagues across different locations.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a technical degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a proven portfolio of managed projects.
• Detailed understanding of logistics and IT processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including OneNote.
• Fluent English (both spoken and written).
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the APAC region.
