Senior Inside Sales Consultant (Senior Living)

Salary: $51,500 Base, $86,500 OTE

What you will do

• Manage a pipeline of previously engaged families to guide them toward move-in decisions.
• Execute high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email to re-engage and advance prospects.
• Drive conversion from tour to decision, coordinating with senior living communities and care providers.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in CRM for pipeline status and forecasting.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion expectations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (as verified by E-Verify).
• 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountability.

• Senior Living Community Sales Experience.
