What you will do

• Serve as a primary liaison to executive stakeholders and coordinate with internal departments.
• Manage company delivery and construction progress, providing detailed reporting to clients and leadership.
• Create and optimize delivery schedules for chiller units and cooling equipment to prevent project delays.
• Maintain safety logs, risk assessment data, and technical approval books.
• Ensure project oversight, focusing on quality and timely completion of all work phases.
• Apply HVAC expertise to ensure all installations meet or exceed applicable code requirements.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.
• US work authorization is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of construction-related experience preferred, with HVAC and chiller experience being a strong plus.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications and engineering drawings.
• Comfortable working in a construction environment and available for site travel.
