Project Manager (HVAC): Managing commercial HVAC projects from estimating and design review through scheduling, execution, billing, and closeout with an accent on customer coordination, quality control, and milestone tracking. Focus on coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and field personnel while resolving complex mechanical and electrical project requirements.
Location: Onsite in Elmhurst, Illinois, United States
Salary: $90,000–$150,000 annual base salary

What you will do
- Manage estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, billing, design review, coordination, and project closeout.
- Lead project kickoff and progress meetings and coordinate closeout activities.
- Gather requirements from clients and facilitate the preparation of working drawings.
- Prepare and submit project proposals in collaboration with management.
- Act as the primary liaison among customers, vendors, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate field personnel and project resources to ensure milestones are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
- High mechanical and electrical aptitude and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
