Salary: $90,000–$150,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, billing, design review, coordination, and project closeout.
• Lead project kickoff and progress meetings and coordinate closeout activities.
• Gather requirements from clients and facilitate the preparation of working drawings.
• Prepare and submit project proposals in collaboration with management.
• Act as the primary liaison among customers, vendors, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate field personnel and project resources to ensure milestones are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• High mechanical and electrical aptitude and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
