Quality and Commissioning Lead (Data Center)

Location: On-site in Farciennes, Belgium. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Belgium.

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate offsite and onsite quality and commissioning activities in line with client specifications and local regulations.
• Develop and maintain the project quality management plan, including quality planning, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder training.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, audits, and commissioning activities with service providers, equipment manufacturers, engineers, authorities, and project stakeholders.
• Manage issue, defect, and Non-Conformity Report processes while driving commissioning tagging completion.
• Lead weekly quality and commissioning progress meetings and maintain a strong onsite presence.
• Implement benchmarking and lessons learned programmes while promoting safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing commissioning or quality activities on a data centre or similarly complex technical construction project.
• Direct experience with QC and/or commissioning MEP equipment.
• Experience with construction and commissioning scheduling.
• Degree or equivalent experience in project management, engineering, construction, or a related technical discipline.
• Currently living in or planning to move to Farciennes, with the legal right to work already in place.
• Strong attention to detail, quality and compliance focus, and clear verbal and written communication.
