Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience leading technical projects in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to lead through influence and build trust across diverse functions and cultures.
• Pragmatic, result-oriented mindset with the ability to handle uncertainty.
