What you will do

• Lead and manage electrical subcontractors, providing technical, scheduling, and safety direction.
• Own the full lifecycle of data center electrical systems from conceptual design and load planning through commissioning and operations.
• Inspect and verify critical electrical installations, with a specific focus on terminations, connections, and panel work.
• Ensure all electrical work meets NEC, NETA, and local code specifications.
• Serve as the on-site authority for electrical best practices and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve field issues and manage RFI procedures.

Requirements

• Active Master Electrician license (or equivalent state certification).
• 8–15+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Deep knowledge of medium- and low-voltage power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and switchgear.
• Experience overseeing electrical construction projects from design through commissioning.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Deep knowledge of NEC and NETA codes.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centers at 10+ MW capacity.
• Experience in high-reliability environments such as energy, industrial, or oil & gas.
• Background in QA/QC or commissioning.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
