What you will do

• Act as the key account manager for the Victoria cost team, fostering relationships based on partnership and trust.
• Drive business development to engage new clients and secure repeat projects with existing partners.
• Oversee key strategic client projects, ensuring all deliverables meet contract performance measures.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors.
• Mentor and lead a diverse team of professionals to foster growth and ensure impeccable quality of delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction, specifically in cost management.
• Proven operational and team management experience within a dynamic consultancy environment.
• Experience working on large, complex construction projects, ideally within the data center sector.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Chartered status and ideally membership of the RICS.
• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.
