Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in completions, commissioning, construction, or major project execution.
• Proven leadership in managing completions across multiple large-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of completions stages (S1-S5), systemization, and turnover processes.
• Experience with digital completions platforms and data system integration.
• Must be willing to travel to remote sites and participate in fly-in/fly-out assignments.
• Expertise in one of the core sectors: Metals, Energy, or Infrastructure.
