• Provide professional quantity surveying services to new and existing clients across various sectors.
• Lead and manage a team to ensure the high-quality provision of project deliverables.
• Drive Business Unit goals and actively contribute to business development opportunities.
• Manage the delivery of projects within budget and deadlines while maintaining client relationships.
• Mentor and motivate junior employees in an environment based on trust and open communication.
• Assist in fee forecasting, budgeting, and general reporting for the division.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience.
• Professional membership with AIQS or RICS required.
• In-depth knowledge of the local construction industry, including development, contracting, and consulting sectors.
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
