What you will do
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of regional design packages, standards, and engineering specifications for CSA disciplines.
- Oversee the full design lifecycle from feasibility and concept through to IFC documentation.
- Establish regional design management processes, including deliverables tracking and KPI monitoring.
- Coordinate design changes across internal teams and external consultants to ensure alignment between CSA, MEP, and ICT systems.
- Drive innovation through the use of BIM, prefabrication, modularisation, and low-carbon design approaches.
- Mentor regional design and engineering teams and manage relationships with consultants and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering, architecture, or construction management.
- 15+ years of experience in design engineering or management within data centers or highly serviced building environments.
- Strong expertise in civil, structural, and architectural requirements for large-scale developments.
- Proven track record of managing the full design lifecycle across complex construction projects.
- Familiarity with APAC construction markets and applicable building codes.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
