What you will do

• Conduct detailed cost analyses, estimates, cost plans, and feasibility studies for construction projects.
• Perform full trade and elemental take-offs and measure quantities for variations.
• Undertake site visits to complete valuations of work completed on site.
• Prepare cash flows and manage risks related to project changes.
• Manage client relations to establish and align with project requirements.
• Provide expert advice on cost-effective construction materials and methods.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
• Expertise and accreditation in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Membership in an approved Professional Body (e.g., AIQS, RICS, CIOB).
• Knowledge of the local Australian construction industry (development, contracting, and consulting).
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
