What you will do

• Own the global reverse logistics P&L, optimizing spend across transportation, 3PL processing, and asset recovery.
• Streamline the end-to-end RMA lifecycle to reduce turnaround times and improve NPS for enterprise clients.
• Architect and scale a global network of return hubs and consolidation centers across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Manage global 3PL partners by enforcing strict SLAs, processing accuracy, and shrinkage limits.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support to build scalable return policies.
• Oversee replacement pools and returned inventory within the ERP to eliminate bottlenecks and maximize recovery value.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of leadership in global logistics or supply chain, specifically in reverse logistics or RMA operations.
• Experience in hardware or electronics logistics preferred.
• Expert mastery of logistics KPIs such as Dock-to-Stock time and RMA cycle time.
• Proficiency in enterprise ERPs (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau).
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
