What you will do

• Develop and continuously adjust production schedules based on real-time demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Manage order prioritization and maintain accurate delivery dates within ERP and planning systems.
• Monitor shop floor workload to balance production efficiency with quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite materials and ensure timely delivery of components.
• Communicate order status updates proactively to internal partners and external customers.
• Support production transitions, including new product introductions and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in production planning, scheduling, or order management within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA) and planning software.
• Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
