What you will do

• Manage the daily operational flow and scheduling of all Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs.
• Oversee contractor success, course closeouts, and certification remediation processes.
• Own logistics and fulfillment, including inventory management, shipping, and supply chain for training programs and the bookstore.
• Maintain data integrity and system upkeep across NetSuite and Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop and document SOPs to improve operational consistency and enablement for scale.
• Coordinate training center events and communications in partnership with the Industrial Services Delivery team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in training operations, logistics, supply chain, or professional services operations.
• Proficiency with enterprise systems, specifically NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs for scalability.
• Must be a resident of the United States and authorized to work in the US without stipulations.
• Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug and alcohol test upon employment.
