Intern - Pricing Analytics & Product Development (AI)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office

hirify.global is General Motors' captive finance subsidiary and a global provider of automotive finance solutions, including retail financing, leasing, and commercial lending products.

What you will do

• Support data management, analysis, and reporting for North American loan and lease products.
• Support subvention partner invoicing and manage program, collateral, and credit data.
• Gather and analyze data to assess impacts on business operations.
• Conduct ad hoc research projects, including project design, data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings.
• Collaborate with other departments and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree or higher program in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related business field, with at least one semester remaining at the start of the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to business leaders.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, conceptual, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Immigration-related sponsorship and work authorization support are not provided, including H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, and J-1 support.

Nice to have

• Senior academic classification.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Previous internship experience.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows and familiarity with responsible AI, data protection, research, summarization, and content generation.
