Product Solutions Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts; Chicago, Illinois; or New York, New York

Salary: USD 70,000–100,000 annually, depending on location, skills, experience, education, and performance. Discretionary bonus and/or equity awards may also be available.

What you will do

• Assess, troubleshoot, track, and resolve client-impacting product incidents and support requests.
• Complete onboarding and develop expertise in the enterprise SS&C Eze Order Management System.
• Collaborate with Client Service, Software Development, Product Management, Sales, and global colleagues.
• Work with R&D on product enhancements and improvements to product supportability.
• Participate in Agile sprint reviews, Scrum meetings, and other R&D forums.
• Create documentation covering product functionality, troubleshooting procedures, training, and reference materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution; STEM, IT, business, or finance backgrounds are preferred.
• Interest in financial technology and the investment management industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, prioritize effectively, and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work in the specified hybrid US locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft SQL, Excel, C#, XML/XSLT, Salesforce, Atlassian JIRA, or Power BI.
• Enterprise or SaaS support experience.
• Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, FIX Protocol, CFA, or related certifications.
