What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and improve GPTs, AI-powered workflows, and future agent-based solutions for investment banking and capital markets teams.
• Develop and optimize prompts, document effective prompting patterns, and maintain standards and governance for AI tools and automation platforms.
• Support internal users by troubleshooting AI-enabled tools, improving user experience, and delivering role-specific training to bankers and finance professionals.
• Research technology trends, AI tools, and vendor offerings; contribute to innovation roadmaps, pilots, and business-value recommendations.
• Analyze pilot outcomes and innovation initiatives using data analysis and reporting, including charts, visualizations, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings with internal teams and external vendors and prepare concise reports, summaries, briefing materials, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• 1–6 years of general experience, with relevant experience in finance, technology, software, digital innovation, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong interest in generative AI, automation, LLMs, GPTs, agents, APIs, and low-code/no-code tools.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and conditional logic, for reporting and pilot measurement.
• Knowledge of project and program management, vendor coordination, data visualization, and clear technical communication.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
