Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $200,000 – $230,000

What you will do

• Build and scale the product organization, defining role structures and operating rhythms.
• Execute the long-term product vision and maintain the master capability roadmap for air, land, and sea domains.
• Establish product development standards, including PRDs, requirements, and release readiness.
• Engage directly with customers and warfighters to ground the product in operational reality.
• Lead build/buy/partner decisions and evaluate emerging technologies to keep the capability pipeline advanced.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Mission Operations, and Go-to-Market leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (10+ years experience) or Master's degree (8+ years experience).
• Proven experience leading and managing product or systems engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in delivering complex technical integrations across hardware, software, and payload systems.
• Demonstrated success owning product strategy and roadmaps for defense or dual-use autonomous systems.
• Experience with AI/ML tools, product design, and testing methodologies.
• US work authorization required (implied by benefits and headquarters).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of payloads, communication systems, and C2 or ISR platforms.
• Experience scaling a product organization within a fast-paced defense technology or dual-use startup.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity across teams.
