What you will do

• Own the AI Observability roadmap and track business outcomes including adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Drive multiple engineering and design teams toward a coherent product vision without formal authority.
• Partner directly with strategic enterprise customers to operationalize AI safely at scale.
• Build working prototypes using agentic AI workflows to pressure-test ideas.
• Represent the AI Observability initiative in executive strategy and prioritization decisions.
• Lead the product from vision through GA and iterate on pricing, packaging, and feature sets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership from vision through GA and post-GA growth.
• Must be based in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with enterprise customers on production AI or LLM systems (tracing, evaluation, governance, cost).
• Advanced, current use of multiple concurrent AI agents in professional workflows via asynchronous verification processes.
• Experience driving outcomes across cross-functional teams without formal management authority.
• Ability to represent product areas in executive-level strategy and prioritization discussions.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in observability, APM, security, or developer tools.
• Experience handling customer escalations at the VP or CTO level.
• Public track record (writing, talks, open source) of utilizing agentic AI workflows.
• Experience building verification and review systems for running AI agents at scale.
