What you will do

• Act as the primary technical partner for strategic customers to drive successful adoption of AI/ML and HPC workloads.
• Translate complex workload requirements into scalable, high-performance cloud architectures.
• Guide customers through the full program lifecycle, including onboarding, resource planning, optimization, and expansion.
• Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Operations, Support, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Technical Account Management.
