What you will do

• Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Conduct discovery activities with users, designers, and technical teams to create high-value solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to realize product concepts and bring them to market.
• Respond quickly to market and business dynamics through collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
• Support the Production Support team in analyzing and resolving escalated issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner for external software products.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated expertise in modern product discovery and delivery methods.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare staffing, workforce planning, or scheduling software.
• Previous experience working with products containing AI/ML components.
