Executive Director of Product Management (Healthcare)

Location: Office location or remote within the USA; travel of approximately 25%–50% is required for on-site pilot customer visits.

Estimated salary: $150,000–$214,000 plus bonus.

What you will do

• Own the full product development lifecycle for the Supply Resiliency Platform from forward-deployed pilots and prototypes through general availability across Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash workflows.
• Design and govern pilot selection, cohort management, stage gates, success criteria, and decisions to continue, stop, or reallocate pilot engagements.
• Partner with Forward-Deployed Engineering and pilot customers to define engagement scope, entry criteria, success metrics, and a repeatable deployment playbook.
• Lead product input into go-to-market execution, including packaging, pricing, pilot delivery, marketing alignment, contracting, and pilot-to-GA conversion.
• Translate customer, persona, and value requirements into the technical roadmap while clarifying boundaries across adjacent hirify.global offerings.
• Build executive customer and internal relationships, guide cross-functional teams, report to steering committees, and mentor Product Owners and Product Managers.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of Product Management experience, including healthcare product management leadership.
• Experience designing or running structured pilot programs, forward-deployed engineering models, or early-access and co-development customer engagements.
• Experience with usage-based, outcome-based, or hybrid commercial pricing models for enterprise software.
• At least 3 years of people management experience and a record of leading teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services.
• Experience managing software product planning from business concept through launch and building go-to-market strategies with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work from the USA and travel approximately 25%–50%, including on-site pilot customer visits.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of healthcare software Product Management experience.
• Experience with healthcare supply chain products, including Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash.
• Experience launching or commercializing agentic AI or AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Experience with metered or outcome-based pricing alongside a base subscription.
• Experience driving adoption of emerging technologies and winning competitive evaluations in enterprise or healthcare software.
